In a true partnership with George Sollitt Construction and Powers and Sons Construction, Roberts Environmental completed a full Cost Savings / Value Engineering re-design of the entire mechanical systems saving over $1.152 Million Dollars from the original design while still providing a high-end HVAC system and meeting the historic city requirements.

This Bronzeville landmark now stands again complete with an entire condenser water system, vertical stack heat pumps, hidden-from-view cooling towers, make-up air units, and exhaust fans atop the roof. Two complete boiler plants on either side of the complex with integrated control systems and provisions for future commercial build-outs.
