Emergency Service — Do Not Use This Website

If you have a mechanical emergency — a building without heat or cooling, a steam or water leak, a boiler or chiller down, a life-safety issue — call 708-429-7700. Do not use a web form.

Form submissions are received during business hours and are not monitored continuously. Nothing on this site creates a guaranteed response time. If there is a risk to life, safety, or property, call 911 and your utility first.

Use of This Site

The site is provided for information and to let you contact us about service, estimates, careers, and project opportunities. You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully or to submit false or misleading information
• Submit another person’s information without their permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or to any Roberts system

No Contract, Bid, or Price Commitment

Nothing on this website is an offer, a bid, a proposal, or a commitment to perform work or to hold a price. Submitting a form does not create a contract, reserve capacity, award a project, or establish a client relationship.

Roberts performs work only under a written agreement, purchase order, or signed proposal executed by an authorized Roberts representative. Where such a document conflicts with anything on this website, that document controls.

Project, Service, and Technical Content

Project descriptions, capabilities, certifications, service areas, and photographs are provided to illustrate the kind of work Roberts performs. They are not a representation that identical results, scope, schedule, or pricing are available on your project.

Technical information — including anything about codes, refrigerants, energy programs, or rebates — is general in nature, is current only as of the date written, and is not engineering advice for your building. Requirements change and vary by jurisdiction. Do not rely on it in place of a design professional or the authority having jurisdiction.

Careers and Submissions

Resumes and career inquiries submitted through this site are used to evaluate you for employment and are retained in our hiring records. Submitting one does not create an offer or a promise of employment.

Do not send us confidential or proprietary material you do not want us to use. Ideas, suggestions, and unsolicited materials sent through this site are treated as non-confidential, and Roberts may use them without obligation or compensation.

Our total liability arising out of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Again, this limit applies to the website; liability for work Roberts performs is governed by the contract for that work.
