Challenge

The work had to be sequenced inside an occupied downtown healthcare environment while coordinating rooftop equipment, exterior risers, laboratory exhaust, and active facility operations.

Scope

• Occupied-facility sequencing

Execution

Roberts planned blind crane picks, coordinated steam and hot water piping, installed custom roof-mounted air handlers, and integrated open protocol controls around lab continuity and access constraints.

Result

The project demonstrates Roberts' ability to manage healthcare mechanical work where planning, access, controls, piping, and ventilation all have to move together.
