The campus required a major high-pressure steam plant replacement while maintaining service and coordinating temporary boiler capacity during turnover.

• Robotic demolition of old boilers

Execution

Roberts coordinated two temporary mobile boiler rooms, three 900-HP watertube boilers, feedwater systems, SCADA controls, gas detection, and robotic demolition logistics.

Result

The project is a strong example of complex boiler-plant replacement with temporary systems, controls, demolition, and steam continuity planned as one sequence.
